The pool of 90 is why the jackpot is so hard: there are more than six hundred million possible lines, more than twice as many as Powerball's tickets. The Jolly is a seventh number drawn after the six; like a bonus ball it only matters to a line with exactly five, where "5 plus Jolly" comes 1 in 103,769,105.
