After the seven numbers a bonus number is drawn from the 45 left. It can only match one of the numbers your line missed, and it splits each prize from six numbers down to three.
The most common prize, three numbers without the bonus, is a free play, 1 in 28.2 per line. Four numbers without the bonus and three with it are exactly as likely as each other: 1 in 289 each.
Per play: four lines
A play has four lines, so four chances in every draw. The chance that at least one of them wins something is 1 in 6.2. The lottery's own figure, 1 in 5.8, counts prizes rather than plays: it is the average number of prizes a play wins, and since one play can win on two lines at once, the chance of winning at least once is a little lower.
The extra MaxMillions and MaxPlus draws pay only an exact match of all seven numbers and are not in the table.
